Booking Appointments:

• To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment, which will be applied towards your total service cost.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• We understand plans may change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Payments:

• We accept payment via Interac e-Transfer (EMT), credit cards, and cash.

Guests:

• To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we kindly request that you attend your appointments alone as space is limited.

Late Arrivals:

• - We value your time and aim to accommodate all clients promptly. Please notify us if you anticipate arriving late.
• - There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect other clients' schedules.

Consultations:

• Consultations are available for certain services and are recommended for new clients or those considering major changes.
• Consultation fees may apply and will be credited towards your service if booked.

Day of Appointment:

• Please arrive on time and prepared for your service.
• For bridal or special event bookings, only the scheduled client should attend as per our privacy and service guidelines.
