Prepare For Your Appointments
Wigs:
- Standard Installations: Please drop off your wig unit at least 3 days before your scheduled installment appointment. This ensures we have adequate time to prepare your unit.
- Color Customizations: For color-customized wigs, drop them off at least 1 week before your appointment to allow sufficient time for processing. Note that last-minute bookings are exempt from color customization services.
Bundles:
- Clean Bundles: To achieve a weightless and flawless install, we require your bundles to be clean. We offer a bundle washing service for an additional fee of $20 if needed.
- Purchasing Bundles: If you are purchasing bundles from Slayed by KeyKey, please do so at least 1 week before your scheduled appointment to ensure timely delivery and preparation.
- Colored Bundles: If you would like your bundles colored, please drop them off 1 week before your scheduled appointment to allow time for the coloring process.
Cornrows/Braids:
- Preparation: Please arrive at your appointment with your hair washed and blow-dried straight. This ensures the best results for your braiding session.
- Add-On Services: We offer wash and blow-dry services as an optional add-on. If you require this service, please select it when booking your appointment.
